Cardio X.....this is not your mother's aerobics class! Cardiovascular endurance relates to your body's ability to efficiently transport oxygenated, nutrient-rich blood to working muscles and effectively burn fat and calories. If you're ready to have fun, challenge yourself and get one heck of a workout, this one's for you!

This workout will include exercises like: Jumping Jacks, Kick Boxing, Plyometrics, Core Synergistic moves and the like.

All levels welcome, all moves can be modified to your personal fitness level.

You may want to bring (but not required) a Yoga mat, a heart-rate monitor (to see how many calories YOU ARE BURNING), bottled water (to hydrate) and a towel - and let's not forget to be ready to have FUN!

Space is limited, so please RSVP ASAP. Additionally, if you have previously RSVP'd and can no longer attend, please let us know so we can allow members on the waiting list to participate.

In the future, we will be securing a larger space.

    •  The workout was great, you really move a lot and sweat even more. The only problem was that we were late because I (Tony) recorded the start time incorrectly in my date book. Many apologies and it will never happen again.
    •  Great workout with a lot of friends.
