Kenpo X is designed to give P90X users a high-intensity cardiovascular workout loaded with FUN, explosive combinations to improve balance, flexibility, coordination, stamina and confidence!

This is a fun workout that implements kickboxing and different forms of Martial Arts/self-defense.

This workout is one of our personal favorites!

All levels welcome, all moves can be modified to your personal fitness level.

Don't forget to bring bottled water and a towel.

Get ready to have FUN and BURN LOTS of CALORIES!!!

Space is limited, so please RSVP ASAP. Additionally, if you have previously RSVP'd and can no longer attend, please let us know so we can allow members on the waiting list to participate.

In the future, we will be securing a larger space.
