For some, Plyometrics will be the most challenging workout in the P90X program, but your calorie burn will be through the roof! Plyometrics is similar to workouts done by professional athletes. A lot of it is high impact so those with knee, hip or back problems, the moves will be modified. Not only is Plyometrics good for cardio, but your legs are going to get a great workout too! You will be doing several exercises where you will be moving forward, backwards and side-to-side. Cardio junkies will love this workout! So come join us!
