Yoga is a vital part of any fitness regimen, and is an absolute must for an extreme program like P90X. This routine combines strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, and breath work to enhance your physique and calm your mind. Yoga X will leave you feeling energized, invigorated, and maybe even a little enlightened.

All levels welcome, all moves can be modified to your personal fitness level.

You may want to bring (but not required) a Yoga mat, a Yoga block, bottled water (to hydrate) and a towel - and let's not forget to be ready to have FUN!

Space is limited, so please RSVP ASAP. Additionally, if you have previously RSVP'd and can no longer attend, please let us know so we can allow members on the waiting list to participate.
